Maria Lucia Reale, MD, is Medical Director in the Oncology Department at ‘’Vito Fazzi’’Hospital in Lecce, Italy. She specializes in the management of patients with thoracic malignancies, with a particular focus on non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Her research interests center on oncogene-addicted disease and on the evaluation of quality of life in cancer patients. Dr. Reale is an active member of the Board of Directors of WALCE (Women Against Lung Cancer in Europe) and serves on the Steering Committee of the Italian biomarker registry ATLAS (https://biomarkersatlas.com/chi-siamo/).
