Giulia Pasello is an Associate Professor of Oncology at the University of Padua and Head of the Thoracic Neoplasms Unit (UOS) within the Oncology 2 Department at the Veneto Institute of Oncology IRCCS.
Her clinical and research work centers on thoracic malignancies, ranging from lung cancer to rarer tumors such as pleural mesothelioma and epithelial thymic neoplasms. Her research focuses on the study of predictive and prognostic biomarkers in tumor tissue and liquid biopsies, as well as the clinical development of innovative drugs.
Giulia Pasello serves as Principal Investigator for numerous interventional and translational clinical trials on thoracic cancers and is a member of several national and international cooperative research groups. She is the author of numerous publications in high-impact scientific journals and a speaker at many national and international conferences.
