Paziente con NSCLC post chemioterapia e immunoterapia non efficace, tarattato con terapia con sotorasib evidenzia un'elevata efficacia nel trattamento del carcinoma polmonare non a piccole cellule avanzato con mutazione KRAS G12C, cin efficacia in II linea, risposta a lungo termine e gestione tossicità
Caso clinico sottoposto a terapia con tarlatamab, Paziente trattato in II linea con tarlatamab mostra un’attività antitumorale positiva e duratura con potenziale impatto sulla sopravvivenza globale con avverso CRS
